A tibit: the pill available prevents Conception. No Conception, no abortion. Why is there no pill available for the males to take? If there is not instant gratification attached, it woldn't happen.
Family of mom who was missing for 11 years has no plans to reunite with her
Fri May 3, 2013
I wonder if they could go for back child support (it doesn't look she has anything to get though). If the father received any State assistance, the state should go for reimbursement. The rest of society should not have to bear her burden. I still think there is more to this story.

There must be more to this story. She sure didn't leave the house as if she had planned it. The article said she was in "protective" custody in the Keys.

Being afraid day in and day out for your life does things to your decision making. Listening to the car drive in. Hearing how someone walks into your house. You know when you are in for it again. The constant love and fear of your loved one threatening your existence.
Heroic FBI dog to be memorialized after being killed by gunman
Fri Mar 15, 2013
I'm guessing with the many kills and location of killer, there was just not time to get a robot in place. Should they have waited till others were killed? I grew up with and always owned working/herd/guard dogs all of my life.
